Rapidly growing and energetic multi channel fashion retail business is currently going through a positive period of change in order to put the platform in place to achieve its five-year growth strategy.

Part of this strategy has determined the need for a talented Senior Retailer to join the business as Chief Operating Office (COO). 

Key responsibilities and objectives:

·          Deliver a true multi channel business in conjunction with a robust expansion programme

·          Increase and optimise the brand profile within it’s respective market/demographic

·          Ensure delivery of agreed sales and profit targets

This individual will be integral to the success of the five-year plan. Working in partnership with the CEO and Brand Director, the COO will provide a commercial voice when forming and delivering the agreed strategy. This is very much an operational role aimed at enabling the business to achieve its goals. You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the business and in essence “making it all happen”.

·          Multi Channel

·          Merchandising

·          Supply Chain

The successful applicant will, without question, have several years exposure and experience of running a complex business ideally within fashion retail and have a mixture of both the ability and flair to lead and develop an already talented team, yet also have sufficient aptitude and a keen eye for detail that’s essential to succeed in a complex multi channel environment.
