Our client requires an incredibly commercial entrepreneurial trader. The core of this role is to lead, inspire and develop the eCommerce, Direct Mail and Operational facets of the business. This role requires strategy and tactics.
Working very closely with the product director, you will not only lead the selling function but also influence the product required to exceed sales targets. With a strong background in eCommerce and Direct Mail, you understand and are able to able to see the long term views whilst reacting to the short term needs.
You have worked in a fashion retail environment where you have repeatedly delivered, and you are excited by opportunity and enterprise. You will have the ability to understand the customer base through the use of science and ‘gut’ instinct: you can interpret changing sales patterns, anticipate them, and to react to and maximize them. In this role you will have exposure to to all e-marketing tools including PPC, Affiliates, Social Media, Banner Advertising, Partnerships, Mobile, SEO, event based marketing, promotional marketing, newsletters and e-mail marketing. You also be able to develop profit models based on RFMPC and work with Finance/Product to develop the budget.
