UK Fashion Retailer requires Managing Director to develop growth strategy.
Our client is an established name on the UK high street trading via retail stores and online.
With a significant turnover and eye on the future, our client requires a proven business leader that is ready to lead from the front whilst rolling their sleeves up and trading practically.
With full P&L responsibility, you will have the ability to affect change throughout the business. You will have a market insight that you can utilise to drive commercial growth.
The successful candidate will deploy change wherever it is required; operations, supply chain, buying and merchandising, brand and marketing.
Requirements: we require an individual with a credible track history of growing or turning around businesses. You will have operated at board level in the capacity of a CEO, Commercial director, Product Director or Sales Director.
Fashion retailing experience, a natural intelligence and financial literacy are prerequisites for this role.
